"Front desk staff & housekeeping staff excellent . Walkable market , restaurants , coffee shop , M G Road for shopping / Dinning , Marina Drive ( You can use Tuk Tuk @Rs.30 or 40 to get to beach.) This YMCA is a bit far from airport. Taxi may charge Rs.500 to 600 depending on time you arrive at airport. Executive Rooms are very neat & clean. No idea of other rooms. "The front desk and staff were excellent. The room did not have fresh linen when we checked it, and the bedding had stains and was not fresh. The front desk was courteous and changed the bedding with fresh linen on our request. The restaurant is nice, the location is convenient, and overall the property and staff are very good. "
