"This place is the very definition of a 'hidden gem'. Burried deep within the hustle and bustle of the old town, arriving at Tulia Old Town is like arriving at an oasis after a long trek through the desert. The lucious balcony full of hanging plants, overlooking the palm trees and mangroves and across the creek to Nyali is such a pleasure to discover after wandering through the concrete jungle. "I visited Wells Villa on a work trip for one night. On checking out, the receptionist said she could not print a receipt at that time but promised to email to me the same day. Despite several polite follow-ups via email and telephone, one week later I have still not received a receipt. And now, the receptionist is avoiding answering her phone. Very unprofessional."

"Edward the bartender and Eric, head of security, were extremely helpful. They both helped me with an issue that took place off the property. The people in the area are extremely helpful and gracious with tourist. Theft and abuse of tourist is taken more seriously here than any place I have ever been in the world, including my home in Atlanta Georgia. The facility at Severin sea lodge is very nice and would compare it to a 5 star location in Atlanta where I live. The lodge has it's own private beach and lots of security. I will be coming back here in the future with my family."
