"Het echtpaar wat dit hotel runt heeft geen enkele affiniteit met klanten.Goedendag zeggen is al een probleem. Heb hier 3 weken gezeten, vroeg of ik de laatste dag iets langer op de kamer kon blijven, geen sprake van. De hotelbezetting was 20%"

"ไม่ชอบอะไรเลยเห็นสภาพรอบๆที่พักแล้วกลัว ยอมทิ้งเงินที่โดนหักไป ทันที ที่นี่เปลี่ยวมากๆขับรถมาหน้าตึกตั้งนานยังไม่เห็นผู้ดูแลสักคน วนเล่น4-5รอบไม่มีใครออกมาทัก ก็หนีกลับเข้าพักกรุงเทพละ เปลี่ยวสุดๆๆๆๆ "

"When I arrived at the Hotel and show my booking, paid through Expedia webpage, they did not have the booking, they said they are not listed with Expedia and did not honor the price I paid. I moved to another hotel was not able to stay there. I am expecting EXPEDIA to pay me back. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE VERY EMBARRASSING. Contact me directly"
