"The house is even better than shown on the pictures: it's very spacious and nice and all the equipment you need for a great holiday are present. The swimming pool and the play room are amazing and Veronique is super nice and friendly. She helps you with everything one can need. Thank you so much for our stay!"

"Die Wohnung war ok, wenn auch eher Air B'nB als Ferienwohnung, für einen Aufenthalt mit der Familie eher nicht geeignet,z.B. gab es nicht mal einen großen Topf, in dem man Nudeln o.ä. hätte kochen können. Insgesamt war die Wohnung unsauber, besonders das Geschirr und die Küche. Es roch stark nach kaltem Rauch obwohl sie als Nichtraucherwohnung deklariert war. Auf unsere Rückmeldung gab es leider keine Antwort vom Vermieter."

That experience started before we arrived because Benjamin, the concierge at Les 7 Anges, was extremely attentive and helpful. He coordinated a private chef at the apartment for my husbands birthday - it was a progressive tasting menu with wine pairing and it was so special to enjoy it while sitting out on the apartment's balcony opposite the beautiful Notre Dame cathedral, Reims, soaking in the wonderful romantic...

"The pool was great, the location is a bit out there but warm and friendly."

"We went with a group of nine people to the old train station in Warmeriville. It was a very nice house, with a friendly welcome. During the stay we had all we needed. The only thing was that there wasn’t really much to do in Warmeriville itself however we made the fun ourselves. It is a very nice location to go to especially with friends!"

"This house is absolutely spectacular and even better in person than it is in photos! It easily fit our 13 adults with room to spare, and the amenities are incredible. With 2 pools, 2 saunas, a game room, and a gym, our only regret is that we didn't stay longer. In addition, the house manager, Charlotte, was an absolute dream! We took advantage of having the team at L'Artbanne plan our stay and they did a fabulous job. The chef they hired was excellent, and the trips to the champagne houses...

"literie déplorable, matelas a changer, intérieur des placards sales ,un bon nettoyage de la douche est a envisager. un jardin bordélique;un accès par porte de jardin en fer qui s'ouvre 1 fois sur 3 ou qui ne se referme pas si vous n'avez pas de lumière(portable)pour la nuit c'est le parcours du combattant de plus a 9h du soir quelqu'un a essayé d'ouvrir notre porte?????avons entendu des voies a l'extérieur très mauvaise expérience que nous ne recommanderons a nos proches "

"Maison tres salle du départ ( poubelle toilettes avec préservatifs usagé et manivelle de rideau de fenêtre que tiens juste avec une bise. entré autres) j'ai entré en contact avec les responsables tout de suite pas de réponse juste a la date d'aujourd'hui.Frigo salle congélateur plan de gel impossible d'ouvrir la porte de frigo.Parquet plein de marques á droite et à gauche et même pas un porte manteau. Parti communes salle comme le reste de l'appartement. TRÉS DESSOUS "

Throughout my stay, team members were eager to assist with any request, whether I needed information about the city or support during the check-in process. Their professionalism was evident and truly set the tone for my visit. My room was clean and inviting, with a cozy bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The only small issue I encountered was that the cleaning lady did not leave extra towels in the room. Having additional towels would have been convenient after a long day of sightseeing. Nevertheless, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise flawless experience. One of the standout features of the hotel was its exceptional art and décor. The thoughtfully designed interiors added to the overall ambiance, making my stay even more enjoyable. In summary, I highly recommend the Radisson in Reims to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay.
