"The house was not clean and old. Lots of spiderwebs and spiders inside the house. It can be a beautiful place with the castle and all but it’s not well maintained. There is a lot weeds and the playground equipment are defective. The pool is loose at the edges."

"This is a great property which is perfect for two families sharing, plus has a granny annexe too. The kitchen is well equipped and also.has a BBQ. The pool was warm and brilliant for the kids. It's to the North West of Sarlat, about 10 mins from Salignac which has a small supermarket, boulangerie, petrol station etc. Loads of tourist things to do nearby including canoeing on the Dordogne. It feels very rural yet almost everything is within a 30 mins drive. The owner was very accommodating...

Le séjour est très grand avec une cuisine très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire de cuisine. 3 belles chambres dont une immense à l’étage, idéal pour parents avec enfant. Extérieur agréable et calme au cœur de la ferme des propriétaire avec pour voisins vaches et volailles. Nous avons adoré notre séjour au gîte. "

"The property was lovely, very quiet and stunning views. Jean - Pierre and Nadine were very helpful. Fresh bread and croissants were available daily and were very nice. Pool and hot tub were very welcome after a hard day's exploring the Peri- Nord. The Gite was excellent for people with a disability, very accessible with wide corridor and wide doorways. In all I would fully recommend this Gite for a stay and would love to return in the future."

"We were group of family and friends stayed in the house. We were bit dissapointed by the property mainly due to:1. The full house is not together but in 2 different section bit detached to each other. This means that everyone cannot stay together in the same house, which was not expected by us and was not even clear in the description of the property.2. The property is in middle of nowhere. "Nous avons passé 4 nuits en famille dans cette charmante maison. A notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires qui nous ont donné toutes les informations nécessaires. Le logement était propre, chaleureux et très bien équipé. Les chambres et les salles de bains étaient spacieuses. La maison est bien située avec plein d'activités à quelques minutes de voiture (randonnées, château, villages,...). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir."

"Magnifique demeure ancienne en pierre, decorée avec goût. Un grand escalier monumental historique ! Tout le nécessaire y est. Le fait de devoir sortir dans la rue pour accéder au jardin n’est pas idéal mais c’est bien précisé dans l’annonce. Un peu trop sur la rue à notre goût mais les nuisances sonores restent acceptables."

"Les Deux Cabanons. Ein wunderschönes Paradies für sich. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Hund dort. Die Unterkunft ist eher schlicht und primitiv eingerichtet. Wir haben das Haus mit Küche genutzt. Küche: schmutzige Pfannen und Geschirr. Wir haben alles vor dem Gebrauch gewaschen. Pfannen sind alt. Gutes Messer fehlt. Kein Steckbrett. Keine Haken für Handtücher und Geschirrtücher. Keine Mülltonne mit Deckel. Kein Becken für kleine Gerichte. Kein Abtropfgestell. Keine Kehrmaschine, kein...
