"We absolutly loved this place! Located in the cutest , quiet neighborhood. The deck was our favorite with the fire pit and watching the squirrels play around . Kitchen had everything we needed. Bathroom was perfect. Master bedroom bed was comfortable. Easily wakable to Dickes and a close drive to stores and restaurants and 10 minutes to downtown. We wished we could have stayted there a few more days. Thank you for hosting us!"

"The house was an excellent accommodation for 7 adults. It was clean and comfortable. The location was fine but not within walking distance to the Stockyards. Our only problem was the lack of sufficient plates, glasses, coffee cups, and utensils for 7 people each meal."

"The property overall was very satisfactory. Just a couple of items that we noticed in need of attention. The A/C vent in the Master BR was loose from the ceiling and the hall bathroom toilet lid is in need of adjustment, as it would not stay in the upward position. I would suggest a WiFi Extender for the home, as the WiFi signal is very weak for the living room TV, to reduce buffering. Thank you very much for the use of your home."

"Overall great place based on location and space for our families. Could use a deep clean especially in the bathrooms and all the furniture/beds were very squeaky and not super comfortable. The owners were super responsive and helpful even though it was a super busy/hectic weekend with graduations and power outages from storms. Would stay here again."

"In town for a TCU graduation, this house was perfect, clean, as advertised. Owner was very responsive with all questions. Location very handy for everything we did in Fort Worth. Too cool to use the pool but it sure looked tempting. Pay attention to the house rules on gatherings, as it’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. All-in-all, exactly what we expected. Thank you!"

"Our family of 5 plus a GF (all adults) were in Ft Worth for a wedding downtown. Location of VRBO was great. Had an easy time getting around by rental car. Having one place for everyone to stay instead of booking 3 hotel rooms was great. It made it more of a family visit. The house was adorable, clean and comfortable. "This is a great space with an immaculate back yard area. Home was clean and well-maintained. Host was quick to communicate with me. Only issue was the air conditioning went out early in the day on the second day of our stay and they didn’t get anyone out to fix it until the next day. The majority of our guests left early because it was uncomfortably stuffy and warm. I don’t see this as an ongoing issue, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to others."

"Myself and a group of veterans were in town for a local event for the weekend. We loved the property, sitting outside in the fire pit and just hanging out in the open concept space. The kitchen was very well appointed with pans and utensils, which allowed us to make a huge brunch before sending off the crew. Our only hiccup was check in with the keypads but management was quick to jump in and help resolve the issues. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

"We were in Granbury for a family wedding and the house couldn't have been more perfect for our stay! It was clean and beautiful and our hostess was readily available for all our questions and needs. There was plenty of room and the layout was obviously well-planned. We weren't able to use the beautiful outdoor area due to weather but enjoyed lots of fun family memories indoors.
