"Their staff were excellent. Nina helped us to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs upon check-in. Vlatka assisted us in check-out and offered to help us with the luggage. Vlatka was very patient and highly professional in explaining the problems with the wifi in our room. She was able to get technical help the next day to fix it. "The host Sasa was really friendly and generous. We had a lovely time relaxing on the terrace both evenings of our stay. Our only small complaint was the size of the bathoorms as they were tiny and the one in our room (10) you couldn't really sit down properly as the loo was so close to the sink. Also the fan was really annoying."
