House was immaculately clean and neat with thoughtful modern touches, like a touch sensor thermostat and lamps and an impressive array of coffee making equipment. Jessica was an awesome communicator. Easy place to stay and enjoy the beauty that upstate NY offers."

"We had a great stay. The home is large and inviting. Plenty of common area space to hang. Everything was clean. All up to date appliances, etc. The host communicated before and was very flexible.I highly recommend. "

Geoffrey and Powell has everything you would need during the stay in a top notch shape."
