One bedroom has a french bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long, along with a private bathroom that includes a shower, bidet, WC, double hand-basin, and air conditioning. There is also an exit to the terrace from this room. Another bedroom has a pull-out bed that can accommodate two people, each on a 90 cm wide and 190 cm long bed, and it is equipped with air conditioning. The third bedroom has two beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, and also features air conditioning. The kitchen-living room area includes an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with access to the terrace. There is an additional shower, bidet, and WC. The property has wooden floors throughout.
