Worst experience
Booked through hotels.com got the confirmation number but the hotel doesn't have my booking details or anything. Tried to reach Hotels.com customer care number but it's been switched off. So pathetic, we were shivering in cold at night with my son. very worst and terrible experience and will never trust or book through HOtels.com.
