Welcome to our beautiful beach home that is within a 7-10 minute walk to the beach! This house is centrally located near coffee shops, lunch spots, south beach park/ sunshine playground, a variety of different restaurants, breakfast shops/juice salad bars, and Whole Foods all within walking distance. It features a master bedroom with a private bathroom, second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom features two twin beds. Fully equipped house with a gorgeous backyard for relaxing.

The property is the perfect location between the playground/park for kids and the beach. This place is in a unique location that you can safely walk to the beach by using a sidewalk and leveraging a walk signal. This isn't commonly found in Jax Beach. The park offers volleyball, grass fields, basketball courts, and splash park/playground. We are conveniently located within 5 mins of route 202 “J Turner Butler Blvd” which will give you direct access to Saint John Town Center (15 min drive) and TIAA Bank Field (20 mins) in downtown Jax. The nation’s oldest city, St. Augustine, is a short drive at just under 30 miles away. This prime location puts you close to multiple shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Best beach house 5 minutes from everything. Had beach chairs and beach towels to use. Loved grilling in the beautiful back yard.

Perfect location!

We loved our stay! This house is an easy 15 min walk to restaurants and the beach, or a quick 2 min drive to either. There is free parking and beach access off 16th street. And a quick 5 mins drive from Target and Publix...so convenient. We loved being so close to South Beach Park, it was the perfect place for our son to play and stay cool at the splash pads. House was nicely stocked with beach chairs and a handy cooler. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. Only suggestion is outlets in the bedrooms were not easily accessible for chargers, bring an extension cord to help yourself out!

Clean, quiet, perfect for our needs.

We didn't meet the host but he answered all our questions -- and his house was wonderfully clean and well-appointed. We were worried that its location at a busy intersection might be too noisy, but somehow the walls were thick enough to keep out the noise -- and it was perfect for our many back & forth trips to nearby Ponte Vedra. Only issue was the front door key pad, which became dysfunctional after our first entry (and we tried everything we could think of, including the host's careful instructions!) -- so thank goodness for the kitchen entry key pad, which worked every time. Sorry we didn't get to use the grill & fire pit!

Great place to stay! We really enjoyed it. Four nice chairs to take to the beach. It is about a half mile walk but it was an easy walk. Nice kitchen and equipment.

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This house was perfect. It had everything you need to enjoy a getaway at the beach. It even had beach chairs and a cooler! The backyard was perfect with a grill and fire pit. It was within walking distance to the beach, shopping, and lots of fabulous restaurants. I would highly recommend it.
