Beautiful house in the historic district of downtown Fernandina Beach. Fenced yard with spa pool and hot tub. Park your boat or your golf cart and enjoy the perfect location. Walkable to downtown shops and restaurants, and walkable to the beach. 3 Bedrooms, 2 baths with covered patios off the front and back along with a screened in sunroom for. There is an outdoor dining area to enjoy drinks while hanging out by the pool and hot tub. Pet Friendly and available for monthly/extended stay rentals. We look forward to hosting you.
Please note that there is currently construction taking place next door to this property. There may be some noise during normal working hours.
