"All amenities available as listed. Newly remodeled, new appliance and very comfortable.House was clean and the area Parks and open space was perfect barbecue. Outdoor space was quiet and fire pit was perfect for cool nights. Will stay again when in the area."

"I stayed for three nights in February of 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was nice and clean and the king size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The weather was unseasonably so I was able to make use of the patio and dock space. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the Leesburg area. "

"The cottage was exactly what we needed for extra space while visiting family nearby. The place was cozy and very well done. Shannon was responsive when we messaged her. She thought of everything when stocking the place and had a special treat waiting for us upon our arrival. "

"Very nice, unique place. Very clean. Bring some chairs if you want to sit out on the porch (the porch chairs in the property picture weren't there). We didn't sleep there our second night, the bed is very close to the ceiling, this isn't anything negative but my wife is claustrophobic and couldn't sleep the first night. Overall the property was awesome, check in and check out very easy."
