From my extremely spacious 1+1 apartment, you can walk to Göztepe Seaside in 2 minutes and the tram stop in 4 minutes. It is located in a side street of a central and lively street.

It's on the 1st floor and only a few steps up. It has all the facilities to make you feel like at home.

Any kind of noise is strictly prohibited!
