The Hotel was in the centre of Izmir and very close to the train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant inside the hotel was not great... very limited menu, but there are restaurants nearby. So it was not an issue.

A Pleasant Stay
I had a very nice 3 day stay. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfy. A roomy shower with good water pressure. The black-out drapes were appreciated. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was very good. The only negative is that the lighting in the room was very dim.

Exceptional hotel
It was a fantastic stay for us. Hotel was above expectations. A nice lady welcomed us at reception upon arrival. She was very kind and helpful. Bellboy and bartender etc everybody was very kind at hotel. On internet we saw some comments about areas safety but we used taxi at night to return to hotel so there was nothing to worry about safety. Cleanness was good, bed was amazing, toiletries were all good, air conditioning was very powerful. Room was quite silent despite the fact that hotel is next to a heavy avenue. Only sound that disturbs in the beginning was, subway's rail sound once in every 15 mins. Only con that I can say was a temporary pressure problem on shower and internet speed for me but overall we were very satisfied.

While the hotel is new, conveniently located near attractions and amenities, and is priced reasonably, its reception is absolutely terrible. Rude and unhelpful would be the only way to characterize the receptionists I dealt with. The valet & bellhop didn’t help us with our luggage. The man who checked us in rudely ordered me to put the passports in a certain order. When checking out, the receptionist wouldn’t let us check out until the staff went to each room to check the minibar…isn’t that what the credit card hold is for?! (BTW we did not use the minibar.). The invoice also did not properly break out the room charges. It was a very disappointing experience. Breakfast was not included and not worth the extra charge (by the looks of it, we didn’t eat there…chose to eat at a local restaurant for half the price and triple the quality).

Awesome Stay!
Nice hotel right in the city center. Very clean and modern looking. Approach by car was a little confusing despite the hotel being visible from the main road. Breakfast buffet was great. Wi-Fi was decent. Hotel staff and valet chauffeur very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
