"Booked 2 rooms for my family and I on expedia. After a hours of travelling we tried to check in and were told only 1 room was avilable despite paying for 2 rooms already. My family and I were tired from the trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all! One of them thought the situation was funny that they overbooked. "It was good actually not until im asking for two blanket and they not give because they said its have charges (560php) imagine we stayed there for 12days without changing our bedsheet and pillowcase.
