The Resort at Paradise Village is the perfect vacation home for all ages! Located in Santa Clara, within the Paradise Village complex, you will find beauty and fun around every corner. This community is packed with the best amenities such as a resort-style pool that includes a new kid's water feature and a lazy river. You will also have access to the clubhouse, a park with pickleball courts, sand volleyball, a playground, a basketball court, and walking trails. Within a short drive of multiple National and State parks, bike paths right outside your front door, and resort-style amenities; there will never be a dull moment during your stay!

The Resort is a beautiful 6 bedroom / 6 & 2 ½ bath home. The Resort can comfortably accommodate 20 guests or up to 26 guests with the assistance of 2 queen air mattresses and 2 twin foam mats. This extraordinary home was designed with features to create memories that will last a lifetime. With many amenities, you will not need to leave The Resort to have the vacation of your dreams! Spend your days lounging next to the private pool or challenging each other to a game of pool basketball. Compete in basketball, pickleball, tennis, or hockey on the sports court; or pull out spike ball and corn hole from the garage for even more entertainment! The kids will love climbing all over the kid rock wall or playing in the kid toy room while you barbeque a delicious meal. Grab a bowl of popcorn and settle in for a movie night, with Smart TVs, Direct TV, and surround sound; movie nights have never been so enjoyable! If everyone cannot agree on a movie, no worries! There are two living rooms, both with Smart TVs, Direct TV, an Xbox 1, and surround sound; everyone will be able to enjoy a movie or game of their choice. Have a game tournament in the game room, with 3 TVs, 3 Xbox 1's, Super Nintendo, Atari game System, and Direct TV; game tournaments or streaming a playoff game has never been easier! Take comfort in the privacy of your own room for some quiet time, each with its own Smart TV, it is easy to relax alone. Roast marshmallows around your private fire pit while the sun sets behind the desert mountains. After a long day, grab a cold drink and wind down in the private hot tub under the starry sky. We enjoyed our stay. Fireplace wasn't working but they came that same day to get it working. Pool was warm and the amenities were wonderful. Some of the furniture is getting warn but for the most part we had a wonderful stay. I would rate our stay a good 5.

Family Gathering

This is a wonderful home to rent. It had lots of room for our large group. We had 9 children in the home. There was so much for them to do with the pool, video games, many TV's, sport court and the under the stairs cupboard. Even though the community pool was just across the street the children chose to stay at the home because they were having such a great time. The home was very comfortable and we loved that each room had its own bathroom. We will definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Awesome Home!

This home was the perfect size and location for our vacation. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the home. It was right next to the water park and the pool and pickleball court was so much fun! We made some great family memories! The customer service was very responsive and helpful as well! Highly recommend this home for your southern Utah trip!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It had everything... and I mean everything, for us to be comfortable and have a marvelous time! The property was super clean and I loved all of the personal touches that were added to make us feel welcome. The response I received to my questions, were handled in a timely fashion. (Almost immediately, in fact.) My family wants to make staying in this beautiful home, a yearly, family tradition. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories!

Great Location

This is are third time staying here. Property is nice and close to the big pool. We love their court and private pool. The spa really never worked great (never got past the 90 degree range, likely needs to be updated). Property management was very responsive. The big pool gets very crowded early on so having our pool is nice. I would never stay in that vacation area without a pool.

Paradise Village 107

We love coming here every year! There are 24 of us and we are comfortable here! The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking pans/utensils/bowls/etc, you would need to make anything. And the fridges hold all the food we bring. The home was so clean and it's very intuitive to find anything! The pool was clean and so lovely- even in October! And the hot tub was glorious. We are so excited to come back next year.

We have rented this unit for 4-5 years. We love it because it has so many fun options for all ages with a basketball/pickleball court, swimming pool, and patio/grill area. This year we had 17 but have had as many as 20, and there is plenty of room so never feels crowded. The kitchen-dining room area is large enough to facilitate easy prep and dining for a crowd. Red Sands is wonderful to work with and always responsive to any concerns. The one issue we had this year was cleanliness. The living carpet and stairs were dirty and stained. One of the upstairs bathrooms had a huge hair clog and wouldn't drain. One of the dishwashers also wouldn't drain even after maintenance came and cleaned the filter which had rotting food. For some reason, the laundry room had a bad smell which we couldn't pinpoint. We love this unit and plan to rent again for next year but hope the cleanliness will be back to what it has been in the past. Had this been the case this year, our rating would have been excellent.

Best Vacation Home!

Our family of seven adults and five children stayed for five nights. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The amenities couldn't have been better with a stocked kitchen, outdoor living space, private pool, pickleball court and game room just a few to mention. The Paradise Village Lazy river and waterslide was conveniently next door. Everything about this house was the best it could be. We will be staying again at Paradise Village #107!!!

We have rented this unit for several years now because it is perfect for our needs. The unit is clean and spacious. There is plenty of room for all to spread out in comfort. The kitchen area provides a great space for many hands to help with preparation and includes all the equipment one could desire. The dining area has room for 20 to eat or play games. Each bedroom has its own bath-a huge bonus! The grandkids love having their own bunk rooms and gaming space, and the pool/basketball-pickleball courts are in constant use. I would give this property an A+ rating, and we will be reserving it again!

This is the 2nd time we've rented this unit and will do so again. It was spotless upon our arrival. It has all the kitchen accessories you could desire and even multiples of most for large groups. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We took children and grandchildren for our 50th anniversary-19 total, and there is plenty of room to never feel crowded. The outdoor pool, eating/lounging area, and basketball court plus gaming room provides everyone with plenty to do. The Red Sands management was very timely with updates on our trip and responses to questions. We would rate this rental, the management company, and our experience EXCELLENT+ !

Fantastic!

This is the fourth year that we have rented this particular unit at Paradise Village although we had previously rented other units. We have rented as an end of summer/back to school activity for the grandkids. They absolutely love having the basketball/pickleball court, swimming pool, and game room to keep them occupied. Swimming pool volleyball was the big hit this summer. The close proximity to the Paradise Village water parks is also great. The parents love the unit as well. It is spacious and the outdoor seating/dining areas provide plenty of options so no one feels crowded. There's plenty of room for all to spread out and enjoy. We also especially appreciate that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The unit is always clean and well stocked with any appliances and cookware one could desire. The only thing that disappointed this year was that the hot tub would only heat to around 94* and would not adjust. We'll be renting again soon!
