From booking, to communication with the owner and everything in between was excellent. This place looks to be newly built. "I love staying by the water and well this is most certainly by the water. Just a few stairs and you are on the dock. The house itself is so cute nothing large, but certainly something I personally could live in. Our contact was amazing and very accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. We had that and more! We have been looking for a new travel destination and most have come short. This place has not only met our needs/wants it has well exceeded them. We have found our new home...

"Besides a few things left for us to throw away, the overall cleanliness was good. It wasn’t until we stripped the beds that I was not happy with what I was sleeping on. There was an old foam pad that was all cut up and food on top of it. Not very good for guest to find when they are stripping their own bed. There were plenty of towels and washcloths. That was great.
