"I had a great stay but found a few things that were off during my stay. Mainly I found a fingernail in my room which was disgusting. Other than that the room was clean and the staff was remarkably friendly."

"The stay was nice. Lots of restaurants around. Parking was not great and expensive, but that is not the owner's fault. My family did get stuck in the elevator the first night, which was scary, again not owner's fault. But overall was a good stay and we would stay agian."

Itaca is a very nice, small place, it has other places near me like Elgrove, Ohere Airport ... and other places. The people are friendly and the atmosphere feels safe.

I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. There were 3 spiders crawling in the shower and there were spider webs throughout the entire room. I really don’t rojiblanco the room had been dusted in a long time or ceings cleaned.

They cancelled my reservation without notice and sent us to a hotel that was outdate, pool heater was broke and inconvenient to our situation of having a dance convention at their hotel. Their customers service was horrible and the manager was snott
