Kumkapi area
The unit was compact but had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The owners are very nice people. There is a very fun night spot just a very short walk away and location is good if you like walking.

Comfortable and good location
Apartment was good, clean and had everything we needed internet worked well, kitchen was equipped and it was close to a lot of good restaurants, shops and whatever you need. There are a few small markets if you want to cook by yourself. The only problem was when we arrived, the information about the adress to make the check in was not clear on my reservation and I would be totally lost if there wasn’t a kind neighbour that told me where to go.

l'appartamento era distaccato dalla sede principale di circa 200 mt, ed era composto da ingresso da vano scala comune, cucina soggiorno stretto e lungo, bagno comunicante con zona cucina, le camere (piccolissime) erano al piano interrato con finestrelle nelle parti alte del muro e risultavano a filo strada (non molto trafficata). Il personale parla lingua italiana molto gentile e disponibile. punti negativi: - caldaia rumorosa in camera da letto - scale strette ed anguste per andare di sotto nella zona notte - wi-fi presente ma lento - tv non funzionante - asciugacapelli non funzionante (avevamo il nostro per fortuna) tutto sommato ci siamo adattati anche perchè siamo rimasti solo 3 gg. un'altra volta valuto meglio in fase di prenotazione.
