"Incredible location. 5 minute walk to metro, 5 minutes to Guggenheim. With the location I was able to travel to Guernica, the coast and all over town through metro and trains. The entrance from the street requires a code to unlock a gate - it is always closed at night but I found sometimes during the day it was closed."

Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. "A great location, walking distance to everywhere. Building is undergoing renovation so stairwell is dark and dingy, but don’t let this put you off…… rooms are fabulous, new and clean. Bathroom sparklingly clean, lots of hot water. Beds comfortable. Room very very quiet, no outside noise at all although street was bustling - very well insulated.
