"Bayside is in an amazing location right on the water with great sea views from the master bedroom, living room and sun room. The area is a quiet suburban neighborhood which would be great for families and the use of the bikes is a great addition. The property itself is in need of some updating. Some doors don't shut properly and lots of creaky floorboards...etc. One of the rooms had not been cleaned on arrival, but communication was great with the owner and the issue was sorted quickly."

The gravel road and slightly sloping grassy entrance was a bit hard to navigate cleanly on the one really rainy day we were there. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in this charming community."

"The cottage is so unique and right on a large ocean front property with rock ledges and small private beach. My kids caught crabs every day and we paddle boarded to nearby islands. Stonington was 1.5 miles away where we went to eat and shopped and yalked to locals. My kids are ages 9-14 and loved every minute here. "Pros: Quiet. This is it if you are looking for quiet. The cottage: The glassed-in porch is the star. The windows open too. The kitchen is updated and a pleasure to cook in. The living room is very cozy at night. There was a musky smell when we 1st arrived, but went away quickly once all windows were open and never came back, but then again the windows were open the whole vacation. Cons: The view will be obstructed soon if the owner doesn't cut down some small trees, it seems without affecting...
