"Instructions to enter Villa were clear. It was clean with towels & tea towels & a pleasant little basket of goodies. All kitchen equipment you will need. Microwave, coffee machine & washing machine (if required). Books & DVD’s. Comfy bed with decent bedding. Good quality outside patio seating with much needed umbrella. Wi-fi was easy to connect to. One very small gripe, could do with a further mid size towel per person. Overall, very happy 😊"

"We had a lovely week in this great villa. Beautifully furnished and well equipped. The master suite is huge. Everything was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed sunbathing on the terrace and swimming in the pool. It's 20 mins walk to the restaurants but we enjoyed the exercise particularly after a large meal out! Communication with the owner was great."

"Very spacious property with a fantastic pool and outdoor space. Full range of International Satellite TV channels went down well. The kitchen was very well equipped. Character in abundance with a truly stunning entrance and lounge area. 25 to 30 minute walk to centre and beaches which suited us well as we love to walk and a very quiet and relaxing time in the villa. Pram hire for our 4 year old did prove essential. Villa manager was very quick to respond to minor maintenance issues."

"The ideal property if after a day exploring you want to get back to peace and calm - to enjoy a drink and maybe a swim or just to lie back and sunbathe. The house is well equipped with great outdoor area. A car is essential and although set just above Tias everywhere is very accessible. There is so much to see and do you can choose whatever you want. The roads are good. A lovely villa but it is set away for the main resorts - great for families."

"First, I have to say that Darren is really quick and very easy to communicate with. Both before and during holiday. He is also really helpful in advising stuff about holiday. Second, Michelle who is the local contact is phenomenal and again, so very helpful. Both go above and beyond to me. Apartment may need a bit of updating decor wise but with 3 lovely double bedrooms, fantastic views and brilliant location - it truly is somewhere we would stay again. "The house is luxurious and laid oit for entertainment. There is one ensuite bedroom downstairs off the split level lounge (mind your step as there is a 0.5 metre drop). Two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom. The house has every convenience for a family or for sharing by two or three couples. A car is essential, as Tias is a few km away and the beaches, pubs and shopping in Puerto del Carmen is a further 5 or 6 km."

"Upon evening arrival, found property uncleaned, and no clean bedding or towels available. Contact with locaL agent allowed a cleaning team to arrive next day, but no property alternative was suggested, and a sleepless night in sundry bits of possible clean bedding followed. the cleaners arived we departed to allow them to work on the property, upon our return found that shoes were missing, scooped up by the cleaners, local agent chased but never found. All reported to owner who suggested two...

"Great villa and great location.. Having a shallow pool for my grandson was brilliant and such a nice touch. Communication with both the owner and Ted who manages the villa was faultless. It was good to see that there was lots of condiments and left over stuff in the cupboard (olive oil/pasta/spices/flour etc as the majority of villas throw everything away..) Good to have a pool table although the pockets are a tad on the small side. Was amazed to find a basket with sun creams in that people...

"The apartment had everything I needed except an iron and ironing board but I was able to hire them from reception for €10 for the week. The cleaning staff were amazing everyday. The block I was in was quiet with a lovely pool. Couldn’t fault it at all and would definitely recommend it to my friends."
