"So many good things about this home. The main floor and upstairs were gorgeous and clean and spacious. Felt very secluded and comfortable to let the little ones play inside or out. We had an extended family gathering with 29 people including children ages 3-17. There was plenty of space for sleeping and meals. The basement rooms were not the favorites- definitely needs some updating, (mildew smell, poorly lit, ac room was creepy as anything, and the basement shower head has multiple leaks and sprays everywhere). but we were comfortable enough and can’t complain because the price was great compared to similar properties. 20-30 minutes to lava hot springs which has great activities for all ages. Lots of wildlife including ducks, turkeys, red tailed hawks (nest on the property with babies in spring of 2024), and lots of other birds first thing in the morning. Also domestic bunnies were fun for the kids."

"Room was a bit small and there was a wall between the two beds. It was my least favorite part. Other than that, staff was friendly. "
