"We stayed here for one night before flying back home from Geneva. The staff were super friendly to our children which was lovely. There is also a free shuttle to the airport and you can obtain free travel passes from reception to travel into Geneva centre from the hotel using the tram (a 10 minute walk nearby). We had a lovely last night to our holiday (even squeezed in a swim in Lake Geneva) and would stay again. Only downside was the room was quite warm as the aircon isn’t very strong. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The family suite was big for our family of four with lots of room for us to spread out. The staff is helpful and gave us tickets to use the tram. We did not know we got free tram tickets until we asked our waiter at the hotel where Old City Geneva was located. We enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. The shuttle to and from the airport made transportation easy. "
