"We reserve two rooms for Saturday evening checked in early. It was kind of an issue with the rooms getting cleaned. One of our rooms was available at five. We didn’t get our room keys until 8:45 PM after checking in at 12:30 in the afternoon, but we hung by the pool Everybody at the front counter was doing their best to keep the crowds under control. We met David the bartender at one of the restaurants there at the bar, fantastic employee. He took great care of us, then we met Andrew GM, that evening when I got the key and the next morning he got his breakfast and they even gave us a discount on the rooms. We will definitely be back anytime we come into Palm Springs to the Riviera. Thank you for all your help. David, the bartender made it all worthwhile even with the hiccups we had with getting in our room. Thanks again, David."
