VB tourny - great stay

Excellent location because the tournament was held at the convention center, five minute drive. The grocery store around the corner made it very convenient. Perfect size to house my family.

The Teddi Bear was clean, spacious, and modern. Our family was in town for our grandson’s swim meet and the location was perfect for our needs. It was minutes away from the Natatorium as well as the Speedway and downtown. We’d stay again.

I would like to thank the owners and the cleaning crew are stay was amazing this beautiful home has everything u need sleeping was like sleeping on the clouds the beds was so comfortable I have not one thing to complain about nothing but a pleasant stay if u rent this home you will be very happy and comfortable thank u guys so much I will rent for u guys in a heart beat I tried to make sure I left the cleaning crew with very little to do because they had it so clean when we arrived thank for the pleasant stay❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great house; not ideal surroundings

The house is absolutely lovely. Very clean, updated, super comfortable beds, and they have everything you would need. My only comment for other potential renters is that the area it is in is not the nicest.

Accommodations were great!

I have no real complaints about this property besides location. Driving to it felt a little sketchy but everything was fine and the house itself was very clean, had everything we needed and our point of contact was great. The house was very welcoming and had plenty of space for our crew! Communication Vacasa themselves wasn’t the greatest but they apparently were busy. The master bedroom got humid so we had to sleep with door open but that’s it. Appliances were great as well!

Feels like home

We went to National Eucharistic Congress which took place in the Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. The house was very convenient for us as we dont have to wake up early to get to the convention center or Lucas Oil Stadium. We dont have to worry about traffic. The My wife loves to cook so the kitchen has all the cooking products. My daughter and i baked two cakes using state of the art ovens. The living room entertainment is nice with big screen tv. The location is very close to Indianapolis zoo. Although it is situated in an area with older houses, we feel pretty safe.

Honest Review

Overall, we had no major issues with our stay, but the cons in my review definitely need to be considered if traveling with children. Pros - We had no issues with the house itself. It was as described...Newer construction, clean, excellent Wi-Fi, large TVs, very nice appliances, comfortable beds, Ring cameras front/back, etc. We had no issues with the house. It met/exceeded all expectations. Cons - The description lists this house as being located in a "vibrant neighborhood" and "family friendly." I couldn't disagree more with those descriptions. Close your eyes on the ride into the neighborhood no matter which route you choose. The surrounding area is highly questionable and doesn't appear to be very safe. The developer has dropped a nice subdivision of homes/apartments into a very undesirable area. There was significant number of abandoned houses/cars, homeless people/drug zombies walking the streets, and obvious drug activity in the blocks surrounding this home. I grew tired of answering questions from my kids about some of the "activities" they were witnessing when we would come and go. Late night noise (after midnight) was also an issue from the street in front of the property. I was actually able to view the property a few days in advance of our check in date and immediately voiced my concerns with Vacasa and inquired about a possible cancelation. I didn't receive a response until more than 24 hours later when I sent a follow-up message. I understand the cancelation policy, but I had hoped they could offer some sort of concession given the fact description of the neighborhood is very inaccurate. They offered nothing other than a reference to the policy. Again, the house itself was very nice and met/exceeded our expectations. It's a shame that it is located in such an undesirable area. It is highly unlikely I would choose this home again for a future stay.
