(or bring your own boat!) located at your private dock directly in front of Cottage on the famous inland waterway which goes from Lake Huron to Pickeral Lake!!! Spend afternoons fishing for perch, walleye or bluegill or take a paddle boat ride down the river in warmer months.. Wake up in the morning to see the swans & ducks swimming while you're still laying in bed or look up, chances are you will see the majestic resident eagles which perch in our tall pines! Beautiful sunsets & boat watching, home is right in the middle of a Nature Preserve! You will see Loons, Swans, Otters & Bald Eagles daily! Talk about a bird lover's paradise 🦆 🦅 🦉 Cabin is truly a home away from home w/extras! Town for groceries very close. Kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and every gadget you need to prepare your meals and appliances are Newer...... Kitchen has stove, refrigerator microwave, crock pot, toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, etc also Full size washer and dryer also! You can cook and do laundry at same time, lol!!!

Fenced in yard on three sides, river front open, caged fire pit and river front has a sandy beach area off dock area. Dock can accommodate a boat up to 30'+ In warm months.

NOTE!!! Attention UFO and Star-gazing enthusiasts, you will see Shooting Stars, Satellites, occasional UFO (late at night, STAY AWAKE) and the Spacex array go right over our cabin on those clear star gazing nights! We've heard our guests mention it a few times and seen UFO'S as well, glad for the reinforcement from previous guests who have mentioned it to us and/or wrote in our guest journal.... Believe it or not, you can't make this up when you hear it multiple times, figured we would put it out there;-)

Home has Window Air Conditioning for those hot summer days:-) Also has patio set, fire pit, fenced in yard, (not fenced at River front) picnic table and umbrella at riverside, propane barbecue grill plus many extras...this cottage is set up as a home away from home with amenities galore. You may not want to leave the cottage. High Speed, Blazing Fast Fiber Optic Wi-Fi, 104 Mbps. Just installed, we were one of the first in all of Indian River to get, we were in line for months!
