This big Villa is located above the harbor city of Imperia (Capo Berta), and is definitely suited for those with distinctive tastes; it will comfortably sleep up to eight people. On the ground floor you will find the large living room with fireplace, a cosy reading niche and a large dining table. For those who love cooking, the kitchen is spacious with stove and dishwashing machine. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are also on this floor. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace with its superb view and your own barbecue.
The expansive marble stairs take you to the second floor, which is divided into three bedrooms with a dressing room and two bathrooms. The unobtrusive upstairs terrace offers sun lovers plenty of space and a discreet ambience.
Your car can be safely parked in the parking space inside the closed off property.

Family reunion

Beautiful place but not easily accessible if you don’t have a car as it is too far to walk to the town due to steep hills around the property. A very relaxing place but there were lots of things that needed attention. Management were excellent if one contacted them and helpful. We as a family reunion enjoyed the property.

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt schön. Das Haus ist sehr groß und für eine große Gruppe gut geeignet. Ein paar Minuspunkte sind uns allerdings aufgefallen. Das warme Wasser hat nie für alle Duschenden gereicht. Die Ausstattung der Küche dürfte gerne aktualisiert werden. Die Geräte wie Mikrowelle oder Toaster haben schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Töpfe und Pfannen ebenfalls. Und leider waren diese auch nicht ausreichend groß für eine 8 köpfige Gruppe. Vier der Gartenstühle sind sehr instabil... Und es gibt sehr viel Mücken und leider keine Mückengitter an den Fenstern. Die Minuspunkte könnten schnell und ohne großen Aufwand bearbeitet werden, dann wäre das Haus so toll, wie der Blick von der Terrasse!

Schöne Villa

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem wunderschönen Pool! Schöne Terrasse mit Abendsonne. Wermutstropfen: Kaum warmes Wasser und kaputter Geschirrspüler (laut Techniker uralt gewesen).

Etwas gealterte Villa am Capo Berta

Als langjährige Kenner von Ligurien & der Italienischen Mentalität geniessen wir ‚la dolce vita, auch den Charme vom unperfekten immer wieder sehr…. in der Villa ist jedoch zuvieles unperfekten, resp. in die Jahre gekommen. Das Mobiliar müsste aufgefrischt & zum Teil ganz ersetzt werden. Schränke klemmen, riechen alt, Einiges ist recht wackelig, Stühle auf der Terrasse & Liegestühle, Betten , Sonnenschirm. Die Küche ist zwar gut ausgestattet aber für eine „Villa del Avocato“zu studentenhaft , Kühlschrank ist auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Steinböden sind super schön, & die Textilien sind auch geschmackvoll! Bettwäsche kann man mit mieten, muss Mann / Frau aber selber anziehen. Die Mitbenutzung des Pools ist fantastisch! Er liegt in ein paar Gehminuten unterhalb beim nächsten Haus, mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf‘s Kap & Imperia / MEER. Mit Motorrad oder Auto ist man bequem in 7min in der Stadt & kann morgens frische Brioches einkaufen. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche verbracht.

Traumhaft

Die Villa sowie die Umgebung waren einfach absolut Traumhaft. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben schon Pläne, die Villa wieder zu buchen. Ich kann es auf jeden Fall nur weiterempfehlen. Es ist ein wahnsinnig ruhiger und erholsamer Ort.
