Typical fisherman's house completely renovated, 3 minutes walk from the white sandy beaches in a large garden opposite Roscoff.
She understands:
- a living room and a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, induction hob ...)
- FREE WIFI
- bathroom 1 with separate WC
- bedroom 1 on the ground floor (2 single beds) which is accessed via the bathroom
- bedroom 2 with sloping ceilings upstairs (1 double bed)
 Outside the house (20m away):

- bedroom 3 (160 cm bed) and bathroom 2 (shower, toilet, sink).
a washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal as well as a barbecue, deckchairs and a garden furniture. The house is quiet while being next to the most beautiful beaches of the island and the exotic garden. You can do your shopping on foot (10 minutes from the minimarket and possibility of delivery). You can learn or improve your navigation at the nautical center located 300 meters away.
Life on the island is peaceful because there are only a few vehicles and you will discover wild, bright and changing landscapes at the regular rhythm of the tides.

le plus bel endroit du monde / the most beautiful place in the world
The beaches are the most beautiful and cleanest I have ever seen and they were nearly empty of people / Ce sont les plages les plus belles et les plus propres que j'aie jamais vues et elles étaient pratiquement désertes. Fabulous views wherever you are on the island. / Des vues magnifiques où que vous soyez sur l'île. Full of little lovely restaurants especially the Gortozen café right next to the house / Plein de restaurants très sympas, surtout le Gortozen, juste à côté de la maison. The garden is huge and there are lots of spaces where you can isolate yourself from the rest of the household and chill. / Le jardin est énormes et il y a beaucoup d'endroits où on peut s'isoler et se relaxer. The house is very pretty and very bright and the main room is perfect to hang out with the entire family. / La maison est joliment décorée et est très claire et la pièce principale est parfaite pour accueillier toute la familles. I highly recommend the whole experience. / Je recommande vivement ce séjour.

Schönes Haus mit Atelier und großem Traumgarten
Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Haus und Garten sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Garten ist riesengroß, mit Geschmack angelegt nicht nicht einsehbar. Das Haus, welches ursprünglich einer deutschen Künstlerin gehörte, ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man als Urlauber braucht. Der nächste kleine Strand ist fußläufig 5 Minuten entfernt, der nächste größere Strand ca. 10 Minuten. Zum Einkaufen läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. Der Garten "Geoges Delassel" ist ebenfalls 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir lieben diese Insel, keine/kaum Autos und abends, wenn die Tagestouristen mit der letzten Fähre zum Festland fahren, herrscht absolute Idylle. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans cette belle maison et son jardin. Le jardin est immense, aménagé avec goût et sans vis-à-vis. La maison, qui appartenait à l'origine à une artiste allemande, est aménagée de manière fonctionnelle et offre tout ce dont on a besoin en tant que vacancier. La petite plage la plus proche est à 5 minutes à pied, la grande plage la plus proche à 10 minutes. Pour faire des courses, il faut marcher environ 15 minutes. Le jardin "Geoges Delassel" est également à 10 minutes. Nous aimons cette île, pas/peu de voitures et le soir, lorsque les touristes d'un jour partent pour le continent avec le dernier ferry, l'idylle est absolue.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à l’île de batz, qui est une merveille de découvertes et d’aventures pour les enfants qui peuvent y être assez autonomes (tour de l’île à vélo, pas de voitures, maison du corsaire, visite du phare, école de voile…) La maison est telle que décrite sur l’annonce, nous étions agréablement surpris par la taille des chambres qui paraissaient plus petites en photo. Pas de vue mer, et la situation de la maison, un peu surélevée par rapport au front de mer, fait qu’une légère brise y passe constamment donc on ne se rend pas compte de la chaleur lors des jours chauds. Communication avec Paul facile et rapide.

Très bien située au milieu de son magnifique jardin arboré, confortable, bien équipée, à deux minutes à pied de la plage et du jardin exotique. Des vacances en famille réussies, nous reviendrons !

La maison est bien placée : proche du jardin exotique et des plages, à 10 mn à pieds du débarcadère. Maison bien équipée et propre. Idéale pour une famille avec adolescents. Nous y avons passé 4 jours de totale déconnexion.On recommande vivement

Très bon séjour dans une agréable maison
Nous avons passé deux semaines sur l’île, la maison est très bien située, à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la belle Grève Blanche et du centre nautique, à peine 10 minutes du bourg et principaux commerces. Le grand jardin est très agréable, à l’abri des regards et bien exposé, toujours un coin ensoleillé. Une vraie maison de vacances avec du charme ! Nous remercions les propriétaires de leur accueil chaleureux et recommandons vivement cette location!
