"In Akita station, so as convient as it gets for Akita. Shopping is near, a wonder park is less than a kilometer west, and the trains don't get any closer. The bed was softer than average for a Japanese businesses hotel, but still very firm. Next time I'm in Akita, I'll most likely stay here again."

"Location was good, next to Akita station. Room was clean. My only issue is the bathroom, specifically the toilet paper roll holder. The bathroom is already small, but the holder was too big that the bathroom was more cramped to move around. I kept hitting the holder with my leg. "

"This was a beautiful hotel, the hot baths were amazing and a very good breakfast."

"Room was small but functional for one person and one can easily open a large suitcase on the floor which is not possible for most of the business hotels in Japan. Despite being on the first floor (floor 2) there was no sound from outside (a car park), no sound from any neighbours. The onsen was a major highlight open throughout afternoon, night and early morning so one can avoid the crowds. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Akita."
