Duplex home. This upstairs main level unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 4 queen beds. is perfect for a couple wanting a romantic retreat or for families wanting to have fun. Your own private
space with private backyard. If you want to stick around the house there’s plenty to do. Let the kids and pets run free in the large fenced yard with swing set while the adults kick back in front of the fire pit or relax in the hot tub. There is a separate apartment downstairs rented by a young married couple and they have no access to the upstairs, no access to the backyard. Watch your favorite show on the 55" 4K smart TV’s in the living room or master bedroom. There’s free Wi-fi for those that need to stay connected. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood and features 4 queen beds. Outdoor security cameras.

Take a day trip to West Yellowstone National Park, or Jackson Hole Wyoming, but if you’d like to stay local there are plenty of attractions nearby while here at Idaho Falls Family Retreat. Enjoy local hot springs, Yellowstone Bear World, or catch a Chukars baseball game at Melaleuca field. You can take a stroll along the Idaho Falls green belt, or meander through the Japanese Gardens. Visit the Idaho Falls Temple Visitors Center or tube the river at Lava Hot Springs. Rent a kayak sunrise/sunset tour (ask for details) or, if its winter, ski at Grand Targhee Resort.

Great stay, but unbeknownst to the renters in the basement.
Overall, we had an awesome time. However, we were shocked upon arriving to discover that there were renters in the basement. We had assumed this was a single-story house, expecting to have the entire property to ourselves. The renters were respectful, but the listing description did not mention this. We likely would have booked elsewhere had I known, as I am a light sleeper, and we were traveling with young children.

Loved the house. Very appealing decor. Comfortable beds. Great shower in the master area. Easy access location. Nice fenced yard. Loved the hot tub! My only concern was that we were not aware that there would be an apartment downstairs. Absolutely no problems with them I just think it should be mentioned in the listing. Loved our stay. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Sisters weekend
We spent a lot of time at the house playing games, eating, sitting in hot tub. It was comfortable and clean. The hot tub was a good temperature but the seats were a little slick and slimy feeling. This was a fun weekend away.

Great place to recover.
My wife had a full knee replacement, and we live full time in a fifth wheel. So we rented this home for a month to allow her to recover. It has a big shower and plenty of room for her walker, and almost no steps, which worked out great for her to get around. It's a beautiful home with all the amenities and a large backyard with a hot tube. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping and restaurants. We go to Idaho Falls usually at least once a year and will probably rent this home again.

Magnificent!!
I felt like I was staying in my own home, only nicer !!! Great location to town and the National Forest. Extremely spacious, tasefully decorated and plenty of room for your things. Comfy cozy beds and plenty of HOT water. Huge back yard...hot tub and fire place. Easy check in and out.. If I lived in Idaho Falls, I would buy this house in an instant !!! 10+++
