"Overall the rental was very good; hosts were gracious. Listing stated rental had AC and it did not. In the photos, what appears to be a general living area is in fact the 2nd sleeping area. Listing also did not mention large church across street that has loud bells that chime every 1/4 hour starting at 5 am. Host lives on property. there was lots of traffic in and out of property. "We enjoyed our stay at Ferienwohnung Arlet very much. The two bedroom apartment was spacious, bright, clean and quiet. The kitchen was modern and fully equipped. The bathroom had a large shower and a separate bathtub. We especially enjoyed the shower with it's great flow of hot water. We chose this apartment due to its proximity to the Gaissach train stop. "Wir haben uns freundlich aufgenommen und in der Ferienwohnung mit Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles was eir brauchten war vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Betten bequem, der Garten gemütlich, die Umgebung ruhig und schön. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und wir konnten im nahen Wald ausgiebige Spaziergänge zwischen unseren Ausflügen machen. Einksufsmöglichkeiten waren schnell fusläufig zu erreichen.
