"The hotel is very convenient for public transport. It's just minutes away from a metro station that has 3 lines and can help you get all over Seoul. They also handled an issue that I had very well. I stayed for two nights and when I came back to the hotel in the evening for my second night the electricity wouldn't work in my room. The reception staff came up to try and fix it and when they couldn't, they immediately moved me to a different room for my second night. I was very impressed and thankful for the quick and immediate assistance. I will definitely stay here again!"
