You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The Terrace Place

Bring the whole family to this great, fully furnished place with lots of room for fun. Run around the backyard, enjoy the exercise room, play games around the table, or go explore Hutchinson. The Cosmosphere and Strataca Mines are great places to visit, along with nature parks. We’re only 5 minutes from the fairgrounds where the State Fair and numerous other events and shows are held every year. There are four bedroom plus a futon in the exercise room and the option to set up an air mattress if needed.

The best VRBO we have ever stayed in!
We have stayed in a few places in hutch. And have stayed in many VRBO’s, but this has to be one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in. Every single detail was so carefully thought out. From the stocked coffee bar, the tv’s ready to go, nightlights in every room and the adorable signs with QR codes all over the house with information about everything. All amenities were updated and beautiful! Beds and rooms were so comfortable and we slept wonderfully! Everything you need is here! From family games in the dining room to a blackstone grill and fire pit in the backyard along with an adorable play scape for the kids! I really could go on and on about how comfortable and beautiful this home was! It snowed while we were here as well and somebody came and shoveled the snow out of the driveway for us! Thank y’all so much for making this such a fun and comfortable place for us to come stay while we visit our family! We could tell you put so much thought and care in to this home and we couldn’t ask for a better home or better hosts! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Hutchinson stay for family wedding.
We had a lovley stay, very nice home. Kitchen was very nice. Bedrooms big and beds were very comfortable. We definitely would stay again.
