"We had a college girls trip/reunion and the location, amenities, and space were just what we needed. Convenient for walking and to access subway. Construction outside is a little noisy, but we were up and moving in the morning anyway."

"After landing i received word that my unit was damaged and i would be unable to stay there for the 3 nights i had booked. The host did make accommodations for a single night at a different unit, but I was informed if i accepted that I would lose all fees and taxes and only be refunded a small portion of the total cost. I can't help but feel this was a scam from the get go.Do not book this unit. "

"We didn’t stay! The “property manager” cancelled our stay while we were on our way from the airport to meet them for KEYS!!! No one has responded to me! It was a disaster! I was leaving the airport with my husband and daughter and two seperate “property managers” called me to tell me there was a maintenance issue and that the apartment was not available! We had to scramble to find a hotel in NYC last minute, literally on our way to the city from the airport!"

"We did a quick trip to NYC for my cousins birthday with a few friends, Broadway, MOMA, great food and sights. I come to Manhattan often and this has been our favorite VRBO, the location was perfect, accessibility to everything within minutes, plenty of space with 3 bedrooms, great check in process, can’t say enough good! Cheers"

"The location is wonderful, as is Rick, the property manager. We found him responsive and thoughtful. In particular, his pointers as to dry-cleaners, grocery stores, etc., were spot on and much appreciated. The apartment has no demons - hot water all the time, AC units work, kitchen is well stocked, etc. A few points of feedback: The bedroom door on the room nearest the family room has a lock that doesn't work.
