"It was amazing, the couple that run the hotel were very hospitable and accommodating. The lady took from her own time to give us a guide on how to tour the city. The technology inside the actual rooms were top class as well. Heated toilets, automatic curtains, a pretty nice chandelier for a hotel. Not to mention, the scenery topped it all off. The swimming pool had nice scenery and I had a good time with my friends. The staff felt like family."

"The reception staff Alice is very helpful and accommodating,very patiently waited while I was having some technical issues issues with the Wise card.Alice was full of empathy and suggest we check in n rest and settle the payment when the system is resolved.upoñ checking out after Alice knowing that we have an early check out ,prepare 2 sets of takeaway breakfast in a bag which is very thoughtful.Apart from her good services,the room was not very impressive and is very run down with sheer curtains full of smell, could have been accumulate from months n smoking though not allowed.Bathroom tape was leaking.breakfast was reasonable but not fantastic as that of a Hilton.the most convenient is the cable car entrance to the Tianmem Gate is just opposite which saves lots of time and the eateries around "

"We visited the hotel in off season so we have to expect that it is not up to full operation. I believe we were on two guests in this 900 plus room resort. The assistant manager was so helpful to us with researching things to do and places to eat in the area which made things much easier. The rooms were big and comfortable so no complaints there. I took advantage of the inexpensive in-house massages. Easy to get around using Didi. Would probably stay here again. "

"The instructions on how to take the bus to hotel were detailed and very helpful. You may want an updated picture of ticket buying desk at train station as it has changed its looks. Very convenient and beautiful area. "

"Super helpful hosts with very good English. Shared excellent recommendations for visiting zhangjiajie, Tianmenshan, and local food options. Even helped me get a car when my didi wouldn’t work! Cute night market outside and not far from train station and cable cars. Note the google maps location is wrong, it’s on the other side of the river, more north. Airport pickup was super helpful. Highly recommend. "

"Nice area with a shopping mall next door and connected to hotel. Most are local brands but lots of dining option. Check in reception is a bit disappointing. Two girls attending the checkin counter don't even looked up and greet me or acknowledge my being standing there waiting to be checked in. Just working on their keyboard. I am sure they know I was standing there waiting. After a minute or do, another staff ( from a back office?) greeted me and asked if she can help me with anything. If the two girls are actually very busy, they should at least looked up and say something like : I’ll be right with you. I’d feel a lot better if they’ve done that. "
