"Hotel was very basic, the best feature being the car park underneath. It was noisy at night. Clean and tidy but no frills. "

If booking for multiple days, then the staff does not clean up your room or restock the consumables, like toilet paper / Coffee etc. Also, they don't send it to you when informed but rather expect you to collect it at the front desk."

"We were delay crossing the channel by almost 3 hours meaning we would ot get to the hotel until after end of check-in. I contacted the hotel who were helpful and gavs me i structions of how I could do a late check-in. This was later followed up with an email of the instructions. Access to the room was straightforward resulting in a stress free experience unlike that at Le Shuttle. The hotel was easy to find from the motorway and staff very polite."
