I’ve stayed at this property 15 times this last one was by far the worst. Don’t change your check information with someone else unless you both want to be charged for hotel after it was paid for before check in. We had to report it to the bank since no one on property can fix it

Worst customer service!!!
Where to start. The hotel is clean, but very worn down. The door to our room had marks on the edge right by the lock, like if someone tried to open it. It has by far the worst and most unappetizing breakfast I’ve ever seen. And believe me, I’m not picky at all. But what really takes it it’s the HORRIBLE Customer service from the front desk people. Not only one person but the 2 that we were unfortunate to need to interact with. Rude beyond belief. Whomever the manager or owner is needs to know that they are in dire need of customer service classes for all their employees.
