Host was prompt when responding to questions, however, when the smoke alarm started chirping and it was located on a 10 ft ceiling with no ladder, his response was " what would you like me to do, I'm not in Houston and maintence workers are not allowed in the home when the tenants are there". Location is a short drive from everything, but the neighborhood is a bit dicey. There was a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor when we checked in. Hardwood floors and baseboards were filthy!
