Owner Cancelled RSVP Day Of Entry

I booked months in advance for a one month stay due to my company sponsoring the HLSR. Day of entry when there was NOTHING left available in the area - which was the main reason for securing this space - we ended up scrambling to find a place and spending thousands more for hotels and Ubers. Even if she was on medical leave as she stated, she could have answered ignored messages and given more notice as it was clear this didn’t just transpire that day. In all my years of VRBO as both an owner and guest I have never been more disappointed. Wouldn’t trust booking here.
