• No Pets: No pets are allowed $500 fee.
• Respect Neighbors: Be considerate of neighboring residents.
• Max Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum number of guests (10).
• No Parties: Due to Policy, we do not allow any parties and we only accept registered guests. Please do not book for someone else. A $500 fee will be applied in case of violation.
• Checkout time: Please vacate the property by the designated time. Please contact us for any extended check-out duration.
