There are 3 exterior security cameras: one by garage, one by the front door and one in the back. There are no concealed cameras.

- Pool is heated to 78 degrees from 10/1-4/30 for FREE. It can be heated the other times for $40/night.
- Hot tub can be heated to 102 degrees for $40/night. I can turn on the hot tub jets for your enjoyment upon request.
- If paying to heat the hot tub or the pool, you must pay for the duration of your stay.
Pool lights are inoperable at this time.
You assume all liability for you and everyone in your party when you use the pool and spa, please use the pool responsibly. Do not leave children unattended AT ANYTIME in the backyard or the pool. Security Cameras: For the safety and security of our guests and property, we have three exterior security cameras located in the following areas: outside the garage, above the front door, overlooking the pool area. These cameras are actively recording and monitoring the exterior only. There are no cameras inside the home.
