DONT BOOK Host Cancelled Day of Still No Refund

The host, Noel, never gave check-in info and later cancelled saying I’m underage (am 48). VRBO “rebooked” me at a hotel stating it was comped for three nights as per their “book with confidence guarantee” except I was charged for the reservation at checkout. It’s been weeks and no refund/reimbursement plus VRBO ignores all emails and has sudden phone issues whenever I call and get an agent on the line. Scammed by the host and VRBO.
