As you approach the grandeur of this lakefront charmer, you'll be captivated by its beautifully landscaped exterior, setting the tone for the luxury that awaits within. Step inside to find yourself surrounded by elegance and sophistication at every corner, with upscale accommodations and stunning views of the lake that promise a truly indulgent experience. Two expansive living areas feature plush furnishings, designer décor, and panoramic windows that offer breathtaking views of Lake Hamilton and the surrounding landscape. Each living area boasts inviting sofas and a huge smart TV with streaming services, however, one of the living rooms also includes an entertaining pool table. Get ready for a friendly (or not-so-friendly) billiards tournament! When mealtime comes, the chef of the group will discover not one, but two full-size kitchens with stainless steel appliances and everything they could ever need to whip up the most delicious homemade masterpieces for the crew. The main kitchen boasts a cute coffee station with two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) to please all coffee connoisseurs in the group. The house also includes two balconies overlooking the lake and dock, and the lower-level balcony has a kid guard gate/safety gate for additional protection.

Guests can enjoy various water-based activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, or simply lounging by the water's edge while taking in the picturesque views. The expansive deck invites you to soak up the sun, dine alfresco with loved ones, or take a dip in the sparkling waters of the lake. The private dock has two stalls and is a perfect spot for anglers with fishing licenses. While firepits are not available for guest use, a Blackstone Black Top Grill is perfect for outdoor cooking. Please note that the fireplace is temporarily off-limits but may be replaced by an electric fireplace in the future.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
