"Our main comment is that the email confirmation for our booking specified pastries each day for breakfast, which we therefore believe we had paid for, but there was no breakfast available and no information about this or use of the kitchen in the property. This suggests a problem with how the rooms are advertised on your app ir with the company who run the property. We would appreciate some clarification on this point, please."

"The property has everything you need for living for an extended period of time. Going up somewhat narrow stairs is required. There was the sound of some sort of animal clawing in the walls or window. I didn't read the notice that I needed to ask for checkin instructions 72 hours beforehand until the day before departure.
