This newly remodeled luxurious and modern lake front home boasts all the amenities that are ideal for families and friends. The space
This gorgeous completely renovated condominium is positioned in a peaceful no-wake cove with beautiful lake views. Guests conveniently have parking for four vehicles. The open concept living area is flanked with a wall of windows facing the lake that bring the outside in. The main interior area has plenty of seating with a dining table for eight, island bar stools and comfortable leather couch and reclining chairs. This property is our vacation home and the kitchen is equipped with everything we use to prepare and serve extensive meals. All 4 bedrooms and living room have smart FireTVs ready for guests to sign-in using their personal accounts.
The home has four nice size bedrooms featuring new mattresses and 100% cotton sheets for a good night's sleep. We provide a wide variety of pillows for guests to choose their preference.
1- Master Down Bedroom Suite- King bed with attached bathroom and no step walk-in shower. Large walk-in closet.
2- Master Up Bedroom Suite- King bed with attached bathroom and walk-in shower. Large walk-in closet. This room has the best views in the house with large picture windows and attached upstairs covered patio.
3- Bedroom 3- Second floor "Green Room" has one queen bed with attached bathroom. This room has no windows and is great for sleeping!
4- Bedroom 4- Second floor "Queen Room" has two queen beds with attached bathroom. Large walk-in closet.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share joining Jack and Jill shower.
The real bonus to this property is the large outdoor spaces. The massive deck equipped with two boat slips underneath available for guests to use. The ample deck space boasts a large dining table with seating for ten for outdoor meals. Four chaise lounges await guests to relax, sunbathe and enjoy the view. Patio umbrellas are available for guests who prefer some shade on the deck. A gas grill is available for outdoor cooking. The covered patio area has a comfortable cushioned couch and love seat for guests to unwind and hang out. The upstairs covered patio has my favorite view of the lake with cushioned seating to curl up with a favorite book and take in the view.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of three locked owners cabinets in the kitchen, one supply closet, owner's charcoal grill, three utility areas, attic, and garage. Areas off limits to guests are clearly designated and locked. Tampering or breaking into locked areas will result in a $500 fine.
Other things to note
Please note that the property has OUTDOOR security devices in place for the safety of guests and property owner. We have recording audio and visual cameras facing the driveway, front door, upstairs and downstairs sliding doors, and under the dock. Hosts do not closely monitor or babysit these devices (we don't have time for that), however they must remain connected and functional at all times for insurance purposes.
We've provided Amazon Echo Dots in each bedroom and kitchen area for guests' enjoyment to listen to music, set alarms, get news and weather reports and more. We understand some guests would prefer not to use Alexa, so we encourage guests to press the mute button on top or unplug the dot if this would make them feel more comfortable.

Life jackets are available in various sizes for guests to use during their stay. We recommend all guests, of all ages and swimming abilities to always use a life jacket when entering the water for their personal safety.
Wildlife and Nature- Our home is on a lake and it is common to see wildlife and bugs while near our home. This includes fish, turtles, spiders, ducks, snakes, beavers, raccoons, deer, wasps, flys, gnats, ants and more! These animals reside in nature and we have no control over them. We do our best to keep pests out with regular pest control and use mini bug zappers to catch flying bugs that sneak in. We can not control the weather or wild animals and therefore do not refund if you encounter a disruption during your stay.
