"The cabin was as expected but very upset that the refrigerator froze all of my fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, etc. Complained at the front desk and really got no response other than they would let the manager know. Also had our boat torn up on the docks due to high winds. Although the resort certainly cannot control the weather, putting bumpers or hanging a tire over the metal poles would have saved us considerable damage. Door was difficult to figure out how to lock and just a simple sign...

"Came to Glen Arbor for my Birthday from Cleveland, OH and it was well worth it! This beautiful house was well worth it as well. It was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities we needed. Situated right off Crystal River and just a bridge walk over to the Bay - it was beyond perfect! Every night it housed a beautiful sunset for us. Book this before it gets booked!"

"The room was very nice, we especially loved the balcony and how close we were to the beach. The beach was quiet and private. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not know there was a free shuttle to take us downtown which was so convenient and made the value even greater. Would definitely recommend and will probably be back!"
