NOISE:
Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
No person on the premises shall make or cause to be made any noise or engage in any loud or offensive conduct which shall disturb or annoy any other person
LANAI:
No clothes or unsightly objects may be hung to dry on the Lanai or Lanai railings
SMOKING:
Smoking is prohibited within twenty (20) feet of all covered and partially covered common areas
Smoking is prohibited on the recreation deck (6th floor) and on the balconies
FIREWORKS:
No explosive of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to fireworks and black powder, shall be brought onto, stored, or used on the premises
TRASH:
Please always discharge the garbage in the chute, do not leave it in the trash room
Garbage, rubbish, and other trash shall be in secured trash bags
Trash containing food shall be securely wrapped before placed in a trash bag
Only trash bags shall be discarded using the trash chutes
Glass containers may not be disposed of in trash chutes
Glass containers may be left in trash rooms for pick up and disposal by the Association
Occupants shall dispose of large items likely to clog the trash chute, such as oversized boxes, in the trash room IN THE BASEMENT FLOOR by the occupant
Do not discard cigarettes or other flammable items in the trash chute
TRASH CHUTE HOURS: 7 AM to 10 PM including Holidays
ELEVATORS:
Bicycles and surfboards are permitted only in the designated freight elevators, car#1 in Tower I and car #5 in Tower II
No motorized mode of transportation, other than a wheelchair, shall be allowed the use of any elevator at any time
No person shall smoke, drink, or eat in any elevator at any time
IMPORTANT ELEVATOR RULES:
No person is allowed to press all buttons on an elevator or activate the fire alarm without necessity. The AOAO will levy a $500 for this behavior, and if there are repair costs, those will be assessed as well. Pressing all the buttons could create an overload and cause the elevator to go to a safety lockout. Passengers would then be trapped in the elevator, which
could be out of service for quite a while
PARKING:
Parking stalls are unassigned and may not be reserved with the exception of handicap, loading zone, and visitor parking
All vehicles parked on the premises shall be parked only within marked parking stalls
Posted rules for parking must be observed
All vehicles parked on the premises must display proper parking authorization
Vehicles parked in violation of these House Rules or posted regulations may be towed at guests’ expense
