We thought we would like a dinner there but not available on the night we arrived. Nor the next day as there was to be a BBQ. Breakfast was limited and expensive. (As was the cost of the stay) Service on arrival was poor and the TV didn't work and although put right soon failed. (We gave up asking for it as the programmes were limited and local and not 'international' as advertised)

When we arrived the only staff member present had a painful sciatic nerve paid (poor man) and could hardly help us with our suitcases. The property looks like it wants to be "Zen" but did not impress us. It is a large property near the beach, further away from Honfleur than I had thought (my mistake of not doing proper research). No A/C in hot weather, TV not working, small room, noisy at night from music outside. When my wife, one day at lunch time, asked for food at the restaurant terrace, we were told that they had no time because they needed to attend a large group. When we checked out, a lady (I assume the owner) was very nice and arranged for someone to help us this time with our suitcases. Her kindness makes me feel bad about writing this negative review, but the truth is that I regret not paying a bit more and choosing a better hotel in Honfleur's town center.

The location was on the bay of the Seine with a view of the docks of Le Havre! While pretty from the outside, our room was strange. Inadequate lighting, the sink in the sleeping area and a shower open to the room were the main problems. It was also way over-priced for the quality and level of amenities.

Did not expect such a beautiful place!!! Fromthe Staff to view, to food to ambient, everything was excellent! Will definitely come back and stay longer! Couple minutes from Honfleur, on the water! The food was amazing the staff was great! just being there was very peaceful! they have bikes that you can ride into town, tennis courts, kayaks! Great Place

From the moment we got there we where pleasantly surprised!! The staff was amazing! Food was great! Rooms where beautiful, clean and they had everything we needed! They have bikes that you can take out! Two tennis courts, kayaks etc. Five minute ride to Honfleur, overall great choice! Will definitely come back!!!

Paradise for two
The hotel is an unexpected treasure situated near Honfleur and across the mouth of Seine River from the harbor of Le Havre. The verdant surroundings of the small hotel are inspiring. The hotel restaurant was the natural place to eat breakfast and dinner. The food was exquisitely prepared and sumptuous. The hotel makes you feel like you're at home.

Charming but the room was disappointing
this place is quite charming, we really enjoyed the private access to the pool and the restaurant that is excellent, both for service and food. But the room was a real disappointment, it was not in a great condition, the shower didn't work well, a few lights were broken, and the doors wouldn't close properly. It's a shame because the hotel in itself is quite pleasant but you really expect a room in good condition when staying in a 4 star hotel.

Cet hôtel est une arnaque complète. A se demander comment sont attribuées les étoiles. L’ambiance pourrait y être sympathique mais le manque de professionnalisme des équipes est déconcertant. Notre chambre avait la même chaleur et le même confort que celle d’un hôpital. Sans aucun charme et réduite au minimum. Absence de mini bar, pas d’eau minérale, pas un sachet de thé, ne cherchez pas la bouilloire... pas de chaussons, ni même un boite de mouchoirs dans les toilettes! En revanche, un lit à mal fait, un matelas à mémoire de forme qui se souvient déjà de tous les autres clients, une salle de bain digne des années 70 (si seulement, cela aurait au moins une identité), des draps en lin non repassés ou des serviettes rêches et 4 morceaux de coton en guise d’aminities... sans problème. Ça vous trouverez. Le monde a changé, le modèle familial a du bon mais la il faudrait clairement se professionnaliser. Parce que même en réclamant un peu d’eau chaude .... le staff oublie ! Et vous apporte de fait une bouilloire.... mais le lendemain. Il est temps de comprendre que vos clients n’ont pas à tout demander et que savoir être au niveau est le minimum. Quant au peut dej. Idem. Le minimum, sous couvert de vouloir faire local et bio. Pas de yaourt, un petit saladier de fromage blanc. Basta. 2 choix de confiture et une pâte à tartiner bio et basta. 2 types de charcuterie .... tout est au rabais. Je ne parle pas du service qui est médiocre.... agaçant à ce prix !

サイトの情報を信じて大きめのシービューのスーペリアルームを予約。マナーハウス風の美しい建物が静かな海岸沿いに佇んでいて期待が膨らむ。チェックイン時にWiFiアクセスが故障中。すぐ修復するからという言葉を信じて小一時間待たされた。従業員が若いのは悪いことではない。しかしホテルマンとしてのマナーがなく、イライラすることが多かった。スウィミングプールがあるので水着を持参したが、ホテルから１００メートルも離れた場所にありしかも要予約とのこと。風邪をひく可能性があるので断念した。その他、設備面でも気配りができていない点が多く、ひょっとしたら経営陣が変わって間もないのかな？　とてもアン・プロフェッショナルな面が気になった。朝食時に出てきたスクイーズドのオレンジジュースが美味しくて救われた。
